Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Absolutely. We ship to 26 countries
How long does shipping take?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping.
02 — Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Only US orders are eligible for Trendsi return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Contact page at nociafashion.com/pages/contact and submit a return request with your order number. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your desired size or color is out of stock, we'll issue store credit or a full refund.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items, intimates, and jewelry sets are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed and back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I apply a discount code at checkout?
Yes. Enter your discount or promo code in the designated field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at nociafashion.com/pages/contact if you need to make a change.
Do you offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into easy payments. Eligibility is determined at checkout.
04 — Product & Quality
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We carry sizes XS through 3X across our collections. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Reach out to our team and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces are true to size. Product descriptions will note any exceptions — for example, if an item runs small or large. Always refer to the size guide on the product page for the most accurate fit information.
I received a defective or incorrect item. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right — a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no cost to you.
05 — Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If it still isn't working after 48 hours, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What now?
First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building management. If you still can't locate the package, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters fulfillment and address changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at nociafashion.com/pages/contact.
